Learn the essentials of Italian grammar (nouns and verbs in all their tenses) so that members can tackle written and spoken Italian drawn from newspapers, song lyrics, storybooks and poetry. This will lead to, for example, arranging meals at genuine Italian restaurants so that class members can "taste" the real thing.
